Artist's Description
This photo started out as a shot taken on Broadway in Nashville, I added background and lighting. This particular statue was floating down the river during the flood in Nashville last year, and someone rescued it. It's back in its proper place on the sidewalk; however, it is a little worse for wear.

I have been taking photographs since my Mom gave me my first camera for my 16th birthday. Sure wish we'd had digital way back then. I have no formal training but people tell me I have a good eye. I enjoy taking photos of just about anything, but prefer landscapes and nature photography. I also enjoy using the available filters in Paint Shop Pro.
