Bob, I've never owned a Nikon - always Canon, and it's a Rebel. Babble away if you like. :) Yes, I lived my formative years in Akron, where this was shot. Thanks for your great comment. Akron is gorgeous in the fall, no matter what the subject is. Hope you'll have a wonderful vacation. Gatlinburg is lots of fun. Are you staying in town, or getting a cabin outside the city? That's what we usually do (the cabin). There's lots of wonderful scenery around there and great hiking. Have fun. :)

Love this one very scenic. If memory serves you used to have a nikon d3100, Just wondered if you got the d5100 and if so what you think of it by comparison. If I'm way off base just ignore my babbling. Also I seem to remember you as being from Akron or thereabout, now I'm coming your way on Vacation. Gatlinburg on vacation. Anyway, great shot!!
